Job Description:
IDS Capital is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our asset management clients. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who will serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients. You will ensure clients’ needs are met and that their asset management goals align with our strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding asset management services.

  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the asset management team to develop tailored solutions.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and relevant insights.

  • Assist in business development efforts to attract new clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or asset management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand financial reports and asset management concepts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Client-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
